Your property’s systems run on hardware inside your building. Guest data, footage, routines and access logs stay there. Stelaah does not collect, sell or profile the life inside your walls.

1. Who we are

Stelaah Technologies (“Stelaah”, “we”, “us”) is the parent company of the Stelaah family, based in Kingston, Jamaica and serving the wider Caribbean. We design, supply, install and support connected property systems. This policy covers our website and our commercial relationship with clients.

2. Information on your property

Systems we install are designed to keep data local. Cameras record to on-site storage, and our private AI processes voice and automation on hardware in your equipment room. This information is not sent to Stelaah and is not required to leave the building for the property to work. As the property owner, you are the controller of that data; we are your installer and, under a support agreement, your processor for the limited purposes below.

3. Information we collect

We keep this to a minimum:

• Enquiry details you send us: name, email, phone, property type and your message.
• Client & project records needed to design, deliver and bill for work.
• Device-health data under support agreements: whether a device is online or needs attention, firmware versions and alerts. Not the contents of footage or your daily life.
• Website analytics: basic, privacy-respecting usage statistics.

4. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support installations, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our website. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

5. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, payment or email providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. On-property recordings follow the retention you choose for your own equipment, typically 30 days unless configured otherwise.

7. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
