Everything essential keeps working. Locks, lighting, security, cameras and scenes run on equipment inside the building, and recording continues locally. We also design internet failover and battery backup so the property stays online and powered through outages.

Usually, yes. During the site assessment we audit what exists, keep what is worth keeping and bring it into one connected environment. You do not always have to start from zero.

It depends entirely on size and scope, from a few days for a single villa to phased rollouts for a large hotel. After the assessment you get a clear timeline as part of the proposal, and we work around live operations where needed.

Support agreements cover remote monitoring, preventative maintenance, software updates and priority response. Most issues are detected and resolved before anyone on the property notices them. It is a relationship, not a one-time install.
