Everything that matters runs on hardware inside the building. When the internet drops, panels, sensors, locks, cameras and the private AI keep working, because none of them ever depended on a cloud. Recording continues on the local NVR. Battery and UPS keep the brain and the network alive through outages.

After: answers, not guesses

When it is safe, the property reports: which sensors saw water, which doors opened, what the cameras captured, what needs a technician. Owners abroad see it from a phone. Our monitoring desk sees it too, and in most cases we are scheduling the visit before the client asks.
