Most of our villa owners live somewhere else for most of the year. The hardest part was never the distance. It was not knowing.

It is nine in the evening in another city, and a villa in Montego Bay is dark and locked. Its owner opens her phone on a balcony half a world away. Front elevation, live. Every door confirmed shut. The pool ran its cycle. Nothing needs her. She closes the app and goes back to dinner. That is the whole feature.

For years the alternative was a caretaker, a phone call and a knot in the stomach every time the weather turned. You paid for a set of eyes and still lay awake wondering what those eyes had missed.

Knowing, not guessing

No keys under pots, no copies you cannot account for.

The best outcome is not that you watch the villa all day. It is that you check it once and then genuinely stop thinking about it. Peace of mind is not more information. It is trusting the one glance was enough.
